As it steeps, my kitchen begins to fill with the aroma of the holidays. Just like the smell of turkey, dressing and pumpkin pie remind me of Thanksgiving, the smell of an apple pie baking in the oven reminds me of Christmas. This wonderful blend of cinnamon, apple and South African red rooibos tea almost tastes like liquid apple pie. Add some sugar and you're there.
